Enhanced Graphic Editor, Chat History, Contacts, and Media Options - Meet Our 24.10 Release

Meet the 24.10 Webitel's platform update

Greetings to all connoisseurs of effective brand communication and quality customer service. With great pleasure, we want to share the latest platform updates, including functionality improvements and new features. Let’s start with the most interesting ones 🙂

First and foremost, we’ve completely updated the Flow Manager, a graphic designer for building service scenarios and detailed setting contact center processes. Our team has worked on the graphic editor's core, appearance, and advanced functionality to improve its performance and speed. The updated Flow Manager components will help you flexibly and comprehensively configure all contact center workflows and interaction options.

Within the 24.10 release, we have updated the OpenTelemetry protocol and Workspace functionality. In particular, for user convenience, we’ve improved chat history displaying and file listening, as well as working with contacts and dialogue forms. The next changes were made to the Admin section: we’ve extended the Calendar settings, and improved search and CSV file import options. Moreover, it will be even more convenient for users to export and save variables and history of changes in sections in Excel format, as well as work with filters in the History and Supervisor applications.

We would also like to highlight the advanced settings for the Playback component in the updated Flow designer. Users can now combine TTS and files from Media, as well as overlay background recordings from these two elements in a single Playback.

In addition, our team has worked on improving application localization and system security updates. We hope you enjoy the platform upgrade, particularly the improved graphic editor. Our experts will be happy to help you learn about the latest updates and their capabilities to increase your contact center productivity and enhance customer service.
