2023 is coming to an end. It’s a good time to make a summary of the year. We are happy that we managed to carry out 4 grand platform updates, implement various projects, present the company at London Tech Week, start a couple of international projects, and make a road map for the upcoming year. Let’s review the most important Webitel’s achievements:
start of Audit, the perfect application for evaluating calls and agents
new interface for Workspace, the convenient app for agent work
a possibility to log in through external services
improvement of low-code Flow manager constructor
expanded possibilities for working with email
improvement of voice services and statistics settings
omnichannel contact center: simultaneous processing of calls and chats
manual distribution of incoming requests – more freedom and responsibility for agents
improvement of Progressive and Predictive dialers
start of the “Contacts” section for working with the subscriber base
update of all applications for more convenient use of Webitel’s services.
